Course Rules & Regulations

Welcome from the Doig Family!

For over 60 years our family has put their blood sweat & tears into creating a Golf Facility that always strives for the best conditioning, while maintaining a fun & friendly atmosphere for our Members, Guests & Public players alike. We believe strongly in the traditions of the game and consider ourselves a Golf First facility, but we also strive to adapt to changing trends that allow for more people to enjoy the game we love.

We look forward to hosting you at Seaforth Golf Course and trust that you will both enjoy the course and have fun while doing so, but with that in mind we do want to draw your attention to a few Rules & Regulations that we ask those attending our facility adhere to in order to ensure the enjoyment of everyone.

RULES & REGULATIONS

By entering our facility all persons hereby agree to follow our on course rules & regulations as stipulated below. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in loss of playing privileges at Seaforth Golf Course.
We thank you for your cooperation in advance.

Maximum # of players per group is 4

Seaforth Golf Course does not permit members, guests or public players to play in groups larger then 4-persons. The only exception to this rule is during sanctioned tournaments where the entire course is being rented out by the event host.

For regular playing days, If your group consists of more then 4 people then you will require multiple tee-times in order to play at our facility. Groups found to be playing in more then 4 persons will be asked to split up. Groups that do not comply with this request will be removed from the facility and may have future playing privileges suspended.

Outside Alcoholic Beverages

As a properly licensed facility it is illegal for individuals to bring their own alcoholic beverages onto the property. Individuals found to be in possession of alcoholic beverages not purchased at Seaforth Golf Course may have said beverages confiscated and may be asked to leave the facility.

Music Listening Devices

Individuals are permitted to listen to music while playing at Seaforth Golf Course provided that the music cannot be heard more than a few feet away from their golf cart and does not interfere with the enjoyment of other groups at the course. Individuals who’s music is determined to be disruptive to others will be asked to turn it down, failure to adhere to such a request may result in removal from our facility.

Power-Cart Rules

In order to rent a power cart at Seaforth Golf Course an individual must have a valid level G Drivers License or equivalent. First time players at Seaforth Golf Course may be requested to present proof of license upon check-in before being issued their cart. Individuals agree that they are responsible for any damage to the cart while in their use and should damage require repairs they will be responsible for the cost of said repairs.

In addition, during certain times of the year special rules may be in place that govern where power carts are permitted while on the golf course. Individuals who fail to adhere to such guidelines as posted may have their power-cart or playing privileges revoked.
