Our ladies invitational on July 24 was won by the mother and daughter team of Mary & Cassie Klassen with a round of 76.  There were 88 ladies in the field from as far away as Owen Sound, Guelph, & Sarnia. 

Saturday, July 4th was a beautiful day for golf, and once again, a successful Couples Tournament.  Gay and Larry Vanderbie of Florida, won first prize after defeating Michael Watt and Robyn Doig in a playoff on the 9th hole.  The Low Net winners were Dar and Mike Heffernan.  Thanks to everyone for supporting our tournament and we look forward to having you back next year!

Gay Vanderbie also donated a beautiful original painting of "Masters Magnolias", and raised $195.00 which she put towards Junior Golf.  The winner of the painting was Mary Ryan of Stratford, Congratulations!

Senior Mens Invitational Wed. May 20 was a great success with great weather and 116 in the field.  Winner of the event was John Langmuir with a 72 with Seaforth's Bruce Wilson just one shot back.  Winner of the 57-63 age group was Jim Craigmile with a 74 with Vaughn Peckham at 76.  In the 64-70 age flite the winner was Reg Finlayson with a 77 with Ron Webb just one off the pace.  Lionel Nijhuis won the 71-75 group with a 78 and Ken Doig Sr. at nearly 81 years old won the 75 plus category with an 86.  Seaforth members who made it to the prize table included the following:
